Milutin lives in Mokra Gora with his four-member family-a wife and two daughters. Milutin is the only one employed in the family household and his salary is the only source of income. Family Jojic lives in a one-floor family house in Mokra Gora. Milutin thought the house was worth further investment and adaptation due to good location in the area which has started and developed rural tourism. Milutin saw the opportunity for the first floor adaptation of the existing house in the programme of HELP organization. HELP invited all interested citizens of Mokra Gora to the information meeting through local media where it presented its project for the development of tourism in that area. Having fulfilled all necessary criteria, Milutin received material for adaptation and the work began. In order to acquire more quality approach to this kind of activity of rural tourism and improve the family budget, Milutin attended the training for a rural tourism organized by the Agency for Small and Medium Enterprises Zlatibor-Uzice. Tourist season starts in May 2007 and family Jojic awaits their first guests with eagerness and enthusiasm.
