Description:
The main goal of the project is job creation through support to start-up or development of existing micro-agricultural business. The beneficiaries will be supported through the provision of in-kind grants which will facilitate the initial steps in business activities and provide better chance for success. The programme is intended to economically vulnerable local populations who have sound business ideas for starting or development of individual economic activities, which will provide them with regular income.
The approved assistance will be donated exclusively as in kind grants i.e. material / equipment and no cash payments will be approved to the clients. Average value of in kind grant per individual project amounts to 1.500,00 EUR in dinar counter value. 
This project will include in total 79 small businesses from the targeted municipalities Prijepolje (25), Sjenica (26) and the city of Novi Pazar (28).

The client’s obligations are:
• to register its activity prior to equipment / material distribution;
• to repay 20% of the total value of donated equipment / material.

Furthermore, the new heating system in the Primary School "Desanka Maksimovic" in Novi Pazar will be donated to ensure the operation of the school during the winter season.

The project is implemented by HELP in cooperation with Entrepreneurship Assistance Centre – INTEGRA Kraljevo
