Description: As in the previous winter season, HELP again organized a firewood distribution programme for the winter 2003/2004. The main target group of the project were again the vulnerable refugees in private accommodation, but several Collective Centres in Kraljevo and Kragujevac regions were also included. Some of the collective centres received not only firewood, but also a total of 52 wood stoves. The total number of individual beneficiaries covered within this project is 2393.
