Description: In the winter season 2003/04 HELP implemented a nationwide distribution programme of light heating oil, heavy fuel oil, brown coal and lignite to all remaining official collective centres using these kinds of fuel. This project is funded by ECHO and supported by the Serbian Ministry for Energy and Mining. Overall, 157 collective centres are covered in order to secure a sustainable standard of living for the refugees and IDPs still living in these centres.
