Having completed the project “Supporting the National Strategy for the Closure of Collective Centres in Serbia”, funded by the European Union and managed by the European Agency for Reconstruction, HELP held official ceremony of opening of 28 dwelling units on 5th June at 11h, Maksima Gorkog bb, Brdjanka, Aleksinac. The  speakers at the opening ceremony were representatives of the European Agency for Reconstruction, Commissariat for Refugees, Aleksinac municipality and HELP organization. In cooperation with Aleksinac municipality, which provided location and connection to the communal infrastructures, the project financed the construction works of  28 dwelling units in the amount of approximately 400.000,00 EUR.  28 dwelling units, out of which 12 are located in Brdjanka and 16 in Livade, will provide durable housing solution for 29 refugee families from Aleksinac collective centres.
